We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Limited Warranty on Products

All new products are sold with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product.

My Computer Bazar provides no separate warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, My Computer Bazar expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions regarding any products sold to you, whether express, implied or statutory, and including but not limited to all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement of third party rights.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

My Computer Bazar is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and the visitors to our website. This Privacy Policy lists out the information we collect, how we use the collected information, and your rights.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. WHAT WE COLLECT

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

For example, we will store order information for XXX years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.

ANALYTICS

We use Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel to analyse users behavior to improve their experience on our website.

Facebook Pixel:

We use the “visitor action pixels” from Facebook Inc on our website.

This allows user behavior to be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This enables us to measure the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, i.e. we do not see the personal data of individual users. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, which is why we are informing you, based on our knowledge of the situation. Facebook may link this information to your Facebook account and also use it for its own promotional purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Usage Policy https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it. 

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

Refunds

We offer NO refund. However, you have the option of exchanging your product for another product of the same value or of a higher value.

Refund is available only for the limited cases where the item purchased is out of stock and cannot be exchanged.

Returns

Our Return Policy is applicable only in cases where the product received by you is defective.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Products received with physical damage must be reported to us within 2 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All return items must include original packaging along the owner’s manual, warranty card and should not show any wear or abuse with the product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It is mandatory to include the invoice copy along with the returning package/ item. In case you do not have the invoice copy, contact My Computer Bazar Customer Support for invoice related query.

If we deem the product not defective but the customer still insists on a return, then the product will be returned along with a deduction of 7% from the total order amount at the time of refund.

For products returned with the following conditions below, the product will not be exchanged instead a 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  •   Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
  •   Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
  •   Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.
  •   Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process.
  •  The unique barcode has been removed from the product.
  •  This deduction of 15% will be in addition to a return fee of 7%.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within a period of 30 days.

Return Process

All returns must be authorised by us. Once it is authorised, we will manage the return pickup and have the product collected from the delivery address.

If you are eligible for refund, as per this Policy, then the refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our facility.

The refunded amount will be transferred, as per RBI rules, within 30 business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.

Cancellations

Cancellation is only applicable in cases where your order has not been shipped and is subject to a cancellation fee of 3% of the total order amount.

In cases covered by the Cancellation Policy, you will receive a refund within 30 business days.

If your Order has already been shipped, then it is not eligible to be cancelled, and will be governed by the contents contained in the heading ‘Returns’.

Limitations and Exclusions

The following items are non-returnable: opened or used skins for consoles, internal earphones, earplugs, washed or worn clothing and footwear, body jewellery, books, cassettes and videos.

Refunds will not be processed for products with more significant damage or missing significant accessories, like connector cables, or DC power supplies.

The following items are NOT covered by this warranty.

  • Setups, adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind
  • USB Cables, Power adapters or any accessory item are not covered under warranty.
  • Damage, corrosion or rusting of any hardware components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to the moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration.
  • Any damage to an console or controller resulting from customization or modification from factory standards.
  • All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, alteration, misuse, or Acts of Nature
  • Any item, whose serial number is missing, altered or tampered with in any fashion.
  • Any item purchased from anyone other than mycomputerbazaar.com
  • Items that have been serviced by unauthorized persons.
  • Loss or theft.
  • Damage caused by battery leakage.
  • The cleaning of controls or contacts of electronics due to exposure to dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.
  • Products damaged due to the use of an inappropriate power supply or products that were damaged due to voltage stability issues will not be accepted as returns.
PAYMENTS

We accept online payments as well as COD.

COD is only available for orders with total amount between Rs. 700 – Rs. 6000 and for certain Pin Codes.

COD option wil be available at checkout if the above conditons are met.

All online payments are handled through PayU Money. PayU Money accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATM cum Debit Cards, Net Banking Payments, Cash Cards, Digital and Mobile Wallets, and Mobile Payments. 

SHIPPING

We provide free shipping all over India.

We Ship all over India. For international delivery, reach us through our Contact Form.

All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Once dispatched, the customers will be notified about the status of their shipment along with a tracking link through mail and/or phone. The order will be delivered to the customer within 12 business days.

Our logistics partner is Shiprocket. All deliveries are handled by them. Shiprocket has the following courier partners: Fedex, EcomExpress, Delhivery, Aramex, Holisol, Xpressbees, DTDCPlus, Fedex Surface.
